Acceptance of Terms
By accessing scroll-network.digital and enrolling in programs operated by ScrollNetwork Digital Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our services and website.
Services Description
We provide mentor-led IT training courses, blended and online formats, downloadable materials, and career support workshops. Course descriptions on our site define scope; we may update syllabi with reasonable notice to enrolled learners.
Account and Registration
You must provide accurate contact information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials issued for learning platforms. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at legal@scroll-network.digital.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, labs, templates, and site content are protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of materials without written consent is prohibited.
Learner Conduct
Harassment of mentors, peers, or staff; sharing of offensive content; attempts to disrupt platforms; or misuse of lab environments may result in removal without refund, subject to our Refund & Cancellation policy and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation where practicable.
Termination and Modifications
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated by email when feasible.
